![]() ![]() for the first week I kept much of the weight off. I am 221 right now two and a half weeks after I stopped the ECA(21 pounds heavier). Once noon hit I took another 2 Primatene, and one caffiene pill on an empty stomach and it feels more potent but not out of control.Alright before I scare anyone, let me say I relaxed off my severe diet. The stimulant buzz wasn't as profound, and I felt fairly normal, if not slightly caffienated. I will be going in tomorrow for leg and lower back day (My favorite), and might do some upper back again because I'm really not feeling any soreness in the middle of it, nor in my delts and traps.Īs for the stack, I experimented with not using aspirin today, and taking the EC after eating. I'm feeling the soreness from a good upper body workout, 6 laps in the pool, and I jogged a quarter mile on the track. Once I hit what I believe is optimal hydration, I sip for the rest of the day. ![]() The ephedrine has made my mouth drier, so I drink water every time I piss, and every time my mouth dries out. My water intake is much higher than usual, and I'm totally ok with this because I normally maintain a state of dehydration since I used to drink only when thirsty or out of breath. Dinner will probably be something similar. Today I began with a peanut butter and cheese sandwich, and for lunch it will be chicken thigh, green beans and a piece of wheat bread. After the workout my hunger came back (I was also coming down from the ephedrine from earlier that day) so I had some dry toast and sardines because it makes me feel like I eat more than is on the plate. That carried me until I got home where I had another chicken thigh, and some green beans to put something in my stomach before hitting the gym. So, here's to killing this fat once and for all.Ĭompared to what I normally eat, yesterdays chow looked like one meal spread out thin.īreakfast was a yogurt, fruit, almond milk, orange infused olive oil smoothie out the door, lunch was a single chicken thigh (boneless and skinless), and then a small serving of brown rice and beans a couple hours after. Even a good ribbing every now and then will give me some motivation. Any tips are welcome, and any encouragement is golden. I will be sticking with a diet higher in protein and lower in carbs without cutting them out. My goal is to reach 240 lb or somewhere near it (post basic training weight) and then train up for tough mudder. I will be adding pictures to this journal, and will be keeping updates every workout day, and anytime I hit a milestone, **** up the diet, have a near death experience, or otherwise feel like adding something. I do arms and back tonight, and will stick to it since I have a journal to keep up. I am going for 2x day so I can reset my sleep schedule, and work up to 3x per day.Īs for working out, 3 days lifting at my gym should do the trick starting with low and slow walks in the cold ass winter air. I also find that I don't have to eat till I feel full (I'm a lifelong bulk eater). The appetite suppression is less than I thought it would be, but the hunger pangs are more manageable and less distracting. I am currently trying out the effects of the ECA in full dosage and it gives me a general alertness, and a really cool buzzing in my skull like a caffiene high, but without the extreme jitters and shaking. I will have a light breakfast consisting of toast and sardines, toast and eggs, or oatmeal, nuts and fruit shortly after taking my first ECA run. I have fish oil, but with the aspirin it's probably not necessary. Generous amounts of water, no pop (never liked it), alcohol (bad contraindications with ephedrine), and no coffee or tea. I will be maintaining an 8 week ECA stack consisting of eating a small meal when I feel exceptionally hungry, and ignoring it otherwise.Ģx 12.5 mg Primatene every 6 hours twice a dayġx 200 mg caffiene every 6 hours twice a day Currently I sit at 310LB with jeans, two shirts. ![]() I am a 6'7" male who has gained a bunch of weight from a sedentary lifestyle, and too much food. ![]()
